In this 5-hour project, students will create an interactive timeline that covers the history of a chosen subject. The goal of this project is to create an easy-to-share timeline while educating the student about the basics of design prototyping using Adobe XD.
Adobe XD allows users to create polished interactive UX/UI experiences that are easy to view and share. Students will build an interactive timeline using core techniques in XD like repeat grids and adding interactions. This project can be easily adapted to any discipline, making it a great fit for any course where you want to share a series of events over time. This project can also be adapted for use with other Adobe products, such as Adobe Photoshop.
This project was created by Brian Puente, an Adobe Master Teacher, former freelancer/visual effects artist who is now the Adobe Creative Cloud Support Specialist at the University of Arizona.
